Events > 4th of July Parade - 2006 (40)
The East Sacramento 4th of July Parade is billed as the longest continually running parade west of the Mississippi and it's no wonder why. The whole neighborhood gets involved! Homes are decorated, house bands play in front yards, folks decorate their cars, doga, even their kids. It's a piece of Americana that reminds us of times long passed. Dawn and I try to go every year . These images are from the parade in 2006. Camera: Nikon 8800.
