I don't see too many companies doing casual Friday anymore. I think it was more an 80's thing, when companies were trying to squeeze every drop of productivity out of their workers. It didn't work, in fact delivered the opposite effect, but it made workers "feeeel" good about their relationship with their employers.

I miss the go-go 80s!
