Rosie's View on the WTC 7 Collapse

Recently, Rosie O’Donnell, a co-host on ABC’s talk show The View, made comments on the show that renewed controversy over the collapse of  World Trade Center 7.

While saying she didn’t know what to believe about the U.S. government’s involvement in the attacks of Sept. 11, she said, “I do believe that it’s the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel. I do believe that it defies physics that World Trade Center tower 7 — building 7, which collapsed in on itself — it is impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved. World Trade Center 7. World Trade [Center] 1 and 2 got hit by planes — 7, miraculously, the first time in history, steel was melted by fire. It is physically impossible.”

She continued: “To say that we don’t know that it imploded, that it was an implosion and a demolition, is beyond ignorant. Look at the films, get a physics expert here [on the show] from Yale, from Harvard, pick the school — [the collapse] defies reason.”

Here’s the clip:

For those interested in what real physics and demolition experts have said regarding WTC 7’s collapse, as detailed in their book Debunking 9/11 Myths, Popular Mechanics offers this series of notes. Give it a read. Then tell  me,  pul-eeese,  why anyone pays attention to anything Rosie O’Donnell has to say.

The beauty of a conspiracy theory is that you are ALWAYS right. Even when proven wrong with reality, you can just point to that sinister "they" who have been manipulating the data and the media to hide the "truth" and make it seem like you are wrong.

We all know that Rosie is a mad, fat, old cow. Enough said...

But poor Elisabeth Hasselbeck!!! That kid tries so hard to bring some sense and reason to the show, and she is repeatedly slapped down by her co-cows and the audience. I'd love to know if the audience is a bunch of hand-picked libs or if the applause signs light up whenever Rosie or Joy slaps Elizabeth. I feel for that girl and hope she hangs in there.

Why was she even quoting physics? Was she trying to sound smart? It didn't work. But it doesn't really take a physics expert to see that in the massive fire area of ground zero a building not hit by the plane could fall. But some moonbats see a conspiracy behind every bush (pardon the pun).

All some one needs to do is take a small bar of mild steel and an Oxy/acetelene torch, go to her show, and right on stage make an IDI0T out of her.

You guys point out one person who has skepticism about 9/11 and you spin that into "Democrats think Bush caused 9/11".

You can always find some whacko conspiracy theorists who think Bush/Cheney/Rove planned and carried out the attacks on the WTC. There are few of them and they are nutso. That is not representative of the views of "The Left". That is not representative of the views of the Democratic Party or the vast, VAST majority of those who identify themselves as Democrats.

Rene, Rene. No one said all Dems are loons (although it does seem that way most of the time). And do you speak, or even know, the "vast majority of .. democrats"? Lighten up! We're just jawing here. Pease out.

Sorry, I just hear so much about the Left being all moonbats.

April 10 | Unregistered CommenterRene

Not even I would say ALL lefties are moonbats. Some are pretty cool people.

Thanks. I think.

She is a big mouth fat pig. I can't believe Barbara Walters and ABC were/are so desperate for ratings. Like we needed another Jerry Springer show.
