Good point, most people don't know what viral marketing is. The irony is perfect. And "Dave" is the perfect geek to wear this tee. Wonder if he made it?
As a viral ad, it of course doesn't work well (no product or means to pass it on) but as a joke, it is right on although as you say, non-marketing people won't get it. But the ironic humor is great.
Hi Sara. I know you've seen at least one form of viral ad. Remember the Toyota video ad where the jogger sees a new Toyota near the shorline and approaches to check it out, only to be gobbled up by a sea monster who had placed the fake car there to attract victims? Toyota made the video, then introduced it to the Internet so that folks who liked it would "pass it around." Millions viewed it, so it was a success for Toyota without any cost. That's a viral ad - it circulates like a virus. Get it?

I LOVE this tee! How can I get one?
All right, I am one of the non-marketing types who don't get it. Will someone explain?
