THAT is what YouTube is ALL ABOUT!!! A masterpiece of digital editing!!! If I am not mistaken, he even altered the mouths to tie in better with the music!! (If he didn't, he is even a greater genius for matching!!)

LOL! That is amazing! I think Carl may be right about manipulating the mouths. But in some places it just looks like he freezes the frame to make it look like the mouth is staying open longer. Either way it is amazing and FUN! I can't get it out of my head either!
