Why Some Men Wear Earrings

Got this yesterday from Cousin Mike. I always wondered how the trend got started…

A man is at work one day when he notices that his co-worker is wearing an earring. He knows him to be an otherwise conservative fellow and is curious about his sudden change in “fashion sense.”

Finally, he approaches the co-worker and says, “I didn’t know you were into earrings…”

“Don’t make a big deal out of it. It’s only an earring,” the co-worker sheepishly replies.

“So, how long have you been wearing one?”

“Ever since my wife found it in my truck…”

Funny!

I haven't yet figured out Ford's whole "look". Tossled hair and the oh so manly earring. He must think it makes him more appealing to dumb young actresses or maybe more available for younger rolls.

Wrong.

Is he still wearing that thing? Shouldn't somebody tell him how dorky it makes him look? At least he took it out for the last Indy movie.

LOL! I seem to remember variations involving panties/bras etc.

HF has been wearing the earring since his divorce and it immediately attracted a young actress all right. I'm thinking of getting one (earring) for myself and hanging out in Hollywood coffee shops (for an actress) after I learn to stop combing my hair.

lol I think he is going for the "I'm a cool surfer dude" look. Next he'll add tattoos all over his arms to appeal to rock groupies. He should stick to the "I'm a rich actor not trying to look 20 years younger" look. :)

Be careful Frank on Hollywood Blvd, you might attract more than you bargain for :-)

Yeah, like the rock guy in the milk commercial. Chicks dig it, dude. (*dreaming*)

It is just a fashion accessory like a ring or bracelet, the same as for women. Most men don't have the self confidence to try something new like this but there should be no stigma attached. I say good for Harrison Ford. However, he needs to do something about his hair.
