We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I hope yours was as well.
Today we are canning. It's what we do every year the day after Thanksgiving. Some will be put away and some will be for Christmas gifts. With the economy being so bad and money so tight, homemade gifts will be the norm at our house.
We hope your Thanksgiving was happy and filled with introspection and thanks.
We spent the day at our daughter's home and enjoyed our two wonderful granddaughters. Of course, we ate far too much, but I suppose that is part of the tradition. A wonderful day!
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. We ate too much, drank too much, and talked too much. But we are thankful we are able to do that while many are not.
