After the failure of “Casual Fridays”, the office briefly tried “Casual Tiedays” with the same unfortunate result.

Businesses in tough economic times will have to try a different approach: everybody works 8 hours every day. A novel idea but it might just catch on.

We never had a casual tieday and I don't really get the attraction of wearing your tie other than where it is supposed to hang. Women employees would also be left out since they don't usually wear ties.
