Veggie Art

I’m always amazed by people’s creativity when it comes to artistic expression. Also surprising is how popular fruit and vegetables have become as a palette for food art, one of the more unusual art forms. Leslie sent these dozen images that illustrate my point:

I am amazed that anyone would take/have the time to devote to this. This must be their 15 minutes od fame.

It may be playing with food, but you have to admit: some of these are pretty cool.

I think it is a colossal waste of time since it will rot and have to be thrown away. It is interesting and a curiosity, but hardly art. Or maybe it is art that rots. Anyway, I think people who make stuff out of food have too much time on their hands. Get a life!

See kids, with continued practice playing with your food, you too can become a food artist.
