I stand with "The Duke". I think they have removed this requirement, at least on some of the BofA ATMs I use, but it's still around. It should be replaced with "Press 2 for Spanish".

My sentiments exactly! Add "Press 3 for a ride back across the border". (Disclaimer: Refers to illegals and emigrants who refuse to learn our language and assimilate AMERICAN culture). OMG, I've become PC!

I think everyone is pretty much fed up with this concept. But what is worse is the growing trend of banks (you know who you are) that are hiring Indian women who speak English but you can't understand them. What up with that?
