How embarrassing! For all of us!
OMG I have heard some bad answers in pageants before, but this one takes the cake! Some Americans in the U.S. don't have maps? Yeah, that must be it. So let's help Asian countries to secure a better future for us... by sending them maps? Embarrassing? No, pitiful!
This is why people make all those blonde jokes. I am embarrassed for her and for blondes everywhere.
Safe to say whatever you want here about blondes. I don't think most of them can read the big words. (I am in SO much trouble!)
Yes, folks. Our future leaders of the free world, right here. Or, Wal-Mart's Employee of the Month in Anytown, South Carolina.

I thought I would stay out of this discussion but I'm glad to see some intelligent comments. I believe Ken is correct. It's all about self esteem, isn't it?
And they define self esteem as "feeling good about yourself" which can only be achieved if one never is held to any standard. The fact that you are there and tried is all that matters.
Btw, love the quote.
