LOL! This and a Starbuck's mocha latte started my week off on the right foot. Thanks!

That is pretty funny!

It is Fall and the leaves are turning beautiful shades of brown and red and yellow. The days are cool and the nights chilly, just the way I like it. My favorite season!

Kirk out.

I was never a Star Trek fan so I don't know what half the words mean. Can anybody translate for me?

"Klingons" are beings/enemies from another galaxy.

"Pwn" (pwned, pwnage) is internet gamer speak for "owned" or "defeated".

"Noobs" are "newbies", people new to online gaming.

"Peepes" are people, your friends.

"Romulans" are a Vulcanoid species that live on a planet named Romulus and date back to the time that Vulcans had just started to embrace logic. They were an extremist group that left Vulcan and set course for a more habitable planet.

"Klingons" were the arch-nemesis of the original Star Ship Enterprise and the United Federation. Klingons are recognisable by the ridge in their forehead. They are a bloodthirsty society constantly at war with each other and others.

"Pwned" - see Phil's comment.

Contrary to the belief of many (including Phil), a "noob/n00b" and a "newbie/newb" are not the same thing. "Newbs" or "newbies" are beginners willing to learn and move out of that stage. "n00bs", on the other hand, know little about something and have no interest in learning any more, although they act as though they know everything. They are annoying, often obnoxious.

"Peeps" is slang for "people" or "close friends".

I stand corrected on "noobs". I guess I am still a Star Trek newb.

Me too, Phil.

Thanks Jasper.
